Store Policies

RETURN POLICY: In order to give you the best service possible, all orders are double checked for quality and accuracy before being shipped. We offer exchanges or store credits. All items that are returned for credit must be received within 10 business days of original shipment. You must contact us to receive an authorization for your return. Shipping charges are not refundable. All returned items must be in original condition shipped to us prepaid, insured and in original packaging and with original packing slip. Please ship via UPS ground or registered mail. Please allow up to 10 days to process returns. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. All sale items are considered final sales. Our Shipping Policy All orders are shipped UPS Ground (insured) unless otherwise requested by the customer. We ship according to weight, size and destination. For in stock items, please allow 2-4 days. For out of stock items, please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. Information regarding your shipment will be emailed to you once payment have been received and authorized. We ship within the US and to Canada. We are not responsible for any customs or duties. We offer free ground shipping on orders over $100 within the domestic US. Free shipping does not apply to international orders. All sale items are considered final sales and can be returned for a store credit only. Shipping charges are not refundable.
