RETURN POLICY: In order to give you the best service possible, all orders are double checked for quality and accuracy before being shipped. We offer exchanges or store credis for jewelry and refunds for handbags.  All items that are returned for credit must be received within 10 business days of original shipment. You must contact us to receive an authorization for your return. Shipping charges for return items are paid by client.  All returned items must be in original condition shipped to us prepaid, insured and in original packaging and with original packing slip. Please ship via UPS ground or registered mail. Please allow up to 10 days to process returns. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. All sale items are considered final sales. All orders are shipped either UPS Ground (insured) or USPS inured unless otherwise requested by the customer. There is an extra charge for handbags. For in stock items, please allow 2-4 days. For out of stock items, please allow at least 2 weeks for delivery. Information regarding your shipment will be emailed to you once payment have been received and authorized. We ship within the US and to Canada. Our shipping rates online apply to the Continental US. We are not responsible for any customs or duties.  Free shipping does not apply to international orders.
